3 Day desert trip from Marrakesh
Marrakesh to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah to Dades Valley
After breakfast, we will pick you up from your Riad at the appointed time and travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tichka pass (2260m), the highest pass road in Morocco. It offers panoramic views of the snow-capped High Atlas Mountains and the magnificent landscapes.
Ait Ben Haddou Kabash
We stop at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the highlight of the day. The Kasbah is now a protected UNESCO World Heritage site and is famous for being the location of film sets like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and many more.
You can climb through the village to the top of the hill, where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views.
It is in this ancient desert village that we will eat lunch.
Ouarzazate
From there, we drive to Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Morocco, where you can visit a film studio. Afterward, we follow the road of a thousand Kasbahs, which cuts through the oasis of Skoura. We continue through the Rose Valley into the Dades Valley, where we will spend the night.

Day Trip to Essaouira
We will pick you up from your Hotel (Riad) in Marrakesh at 8:00 am and drive to Essaouira through the forest of the Argan trees. In Essaouira, you will explore the harbor, beach, and Medina.
Although this 15th-century town is relatively small, there are plenty of places to visit. The Medina is full of little shops selling the local specialty of Thuya wood carvings.
The European sailors in the past used to call the place Mogador, and the style of boat building in the harbor is definitely Portuguese. Still, the masses of blue fishing boats make a great photograph.
After having lunch in Essaouira, we will drive back to Marrakesh. Your journey with us will end at your Riad or hotel in Marrakesh.
